Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience required

The tasks a Filler, Aerated Water, Hand Machine is expected to perform include:

Operating manually controlled filling machines to fill carbonated water in the bottles

Filling the crown or marble stopper bottles with the prescribed quantity of purified water

Opening the lid of the machine and placing filled bottles in the single or multi-chambers of the filling machine

Operating the valve to let in carbon dioxide gas from the cylinders into the filled bottles, at the particular pressure

Rotating the machine by hand, and giving the specified number of rotations to the machine to obtain correct carbonation

Checking up on the carbonation by opening the lid, whenever necessary

Removing the carbonated water bottles from the machine and handing them over for crowning (sealing)

Attending to the repair and maintenance of the machine

Knowledge of production processes and quality control

Ability to troubleshoot the machine when required

Knowledge of the relevant tools and equipment

Knowledge of the different parameters like pressure, etc.

Skilled in operating valves

Skilled in operating filling machine for drinks
