The tasks a Carbonation Storage Tank Attendant is expected to perform include:

Tending the carbonated storage tank and arranging for the pumping of the carbonated juice to the filter press

Ensuring the filling of the carbonated juice in the main storage tank and filling the bottom tank from it by operating the tap or valve and watching the overflow pipe

Opening the pump line valve to pump off the juice to the filter press at the desired speed

Cleaning the tank strainer frequently to maintain an easy flow of the juice in pumping

Regulating the flow of juice in the bottom tank and operating the pump, if necessary

Basic knowledge of keeping the machinery and other equipment clean

Knowledge of carbonating the juice produced

Skilled in operating the pump and adjusting the rate of flow of juice as desired

Basic knowledge of repairing methods
