The tasks an Assembly Operator - PMD and X-Ray is expected to perform include:
Assembling electronics and electro-mechanical parts and modules of patient monitoring devices (PMD) and X-Ray machine
Indenting for different electrical and electro-mechanical parts required assembling the product
Completing 100% binning before assembly as per bill-of-material
Performing required documentation at various stages of the assembly process as per specifications given in the SOP
Achieving productivity and quality as per company standards
Achieving daily and monthly production targets
Proficient in assembly of electrical, electronic and mechanical parts of PMD and X-Ray machine
Familiar with various models of PMD and X-Ray machine, their design, applications and assembly requirements
Knowledge of different types of printed wire assemblies (PWAs), their functionalities and baking requirement
Understanding of types of PCBs for different types of high voltage tanks assembly
Adept in using various techniques of assembly process such as baking, using conformal coating spray, inserting brass inserts into moulds, etc.
Efficient in safely operating various machines such as ultrasonic machine, hot press-in machine and baking machine, required during the assembly process
Adept in using product diagram and specifications to assemble the product
Staying abreast of the latest technological advancements
Familiar with safety norms in handling electronic components and electrostatic discharge (ESD)
Ability to read bill-of- material, production schedules, job sheets, operations manuals and instructions
