Performing the pre-screen printing activities

Loading stencil and boards, and program printing machine to apply solder paste

Checking cleanliness of stencil



Well-versed with basic electronics and component identification

Knowledge of equipment like paste printing, pick and place, reflow oven, etc.Well-versed with types of soldering, solder paste and flux

Knowledge of cleaning stencil

Proficient in material use, types of paste for soldering settling, thickness for paste application

Knowledge of mechanical, thru-hole, surface mount technology

Well-versed with screen printing machine controls and adjustments

Knowledge of electro-static discharge (ESD) precautions

Proficient in circuit diagram and design

Knowledge of colour codes and polarity of components
