The tasks a Works Inspector, Engineeringis expected to perform include:

Inspecting and testing raw materials and finished products in a factory or institution

Conducting physical tests of raw materials and getting it chemically tested by Chemists

Enforcing quality control methods in load test, durability, flexibility, hardness and other tests

Mitigating percentage of rejection in machines

Informing superiors for rectification of machines or tools

Maintaining record of work, indicating type of product checked, percentage of rejections, reasons for rejection, etc.

Certifying passed articles or goods

Knowledge of evaluating systems

Knowledge of monitoring and assessing performance of the goods

Skilled in managing personnel resources

Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
