Certified training for CNC Operator or Machining Technician Level 3 (programme aligned to ASC/Q 3501 released by Automotive Skills Development Council)

Experience of 2-3 years in different machining activities

The tasks a CNC Operator or Machining Technician Level 3 is expected to perform include: Setting up base level operations of different machine tools

Supporting the Machine Operator in all pre-machining activities

Machining of the actual part

Performing repair work Gauging, de-burring and inspecting activities

Skilled in carrying out pre-machining activities

Ability to support the Operator in performing machining operations

Efficient in supporting the Operator in conducting all post machining operations

Proficiency in maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment

Efficient in maintaining the 5S activities at the work premises

Basic arithmetic skills

Knowledge of the latest technological advancements

Physically fit

Manual dexterity

ITI graduate with Mechanical (Turning, Grinding etc.)Different types of simple machining activities and usage of fixtures, tools, etc.

Working is 9 hours everyday for 6 days a week
