Index of Learning Styles Assessment Individuals perceive and process information in different ways, known as their learning styles. In simple words, they have their own preferences for how they absorb, understand and retain information. From an individual’s perspective, an understanding of his or her natural preference will facilitate faster learning and reduce frustration and failures. The Index of Learning Styles Assessment identifies four areas of personality that contribute to learning. Each aspect is depicted as a dimension with two values on each end of the scale. Career Abilities Test Abilities are enduring capabilities to accomplish a wide range of tasks effectively and thus are critical to determine a person's capability to do tasks required in a career effectively and keep the employer satisfied. DISC Assessment Test DISC is a self-assessment which measures the everyday behaviour, and the natural way of doing things in individuals and profiles them according to four personality traits, Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Each individual will have all four traits in some measure and the final result will be a combination of all four. Self Assessment of Competencies Most modern organizations use competency as building blocks for talent management.This self assessment is a useful tool to evaluate the competency requirements of one’s target role and benchmark oneself against them. Maladjustment Assessment Maladjustment, in psychological terms, refers to an individual’s inability to react successfully and satisfactorily to the demands of the environment. In other words, it refers to the imbalance between a person’s psychological, biological and social needs, and the cultural and social expectations of the society. This affects the individual’s development and the ability to maintain a positive interpersonal with others. Given the increase in violence among school children and on campuses, a proper understanding of the concept is becoming more and more relevant these days.
