Minimum Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 5 to 6 years of work experience in jewellery retail stores

The tasks a Floor Manager is expected to perform include: Managing a section of sales counters, mostly, of similar product categories

Managing the store alongside the store manager

Monitoring the performance of human resource on his floor/section along with sales

In-depth knowledge of jewellery manufacturing

In-depth knowledge of types of jewellery

Knowledge of regional specialities in design Basic knowledge of machinery involved for jewellery repair work

Expertise in merchandise of his/her section
