Certified training for Regional Manager- Customer Care (programme aligned to ASC/Q 0607 released by Automotive Skills Development Council)
Relevant experience of 5-10 years in service marketing for graduates or postgraduates
On-the-job training is desirable for ASDC Regional Manager-Customer Care Level 6 certificate holders
The tasks a Regional Manager - Customer Care is expected to perform include: Co-ordinating, managing and developing key accounts within the region Maintaining and ensuring customer satisfaction
Driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Skilled in supervising and monitoring the service support at the channel partners
Familiar with managing customer relationships and quality services
Efficiency in supervising spare parts operations
Efficiency in ensuring proper implementation of services framework
Proficiency in planning and organizing work to meet expected outcomes
Adept at maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment
Ability to stay abreast with the latest technological advancements
Physically fit
Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing or Advertising
