Minimum ? Graduate degree in any discipline

Preferably minimum experience of 6 or more months in automotive sales

The tasks a Sales Supervisor, Retail Trade is expected to perform include:Supervising and managing the sales team

Allocating targets to the sales team

Training the sales team to effectively pitch to the customers

Delivering sales pitch to potential buyers, if required Maintaining the customer database

Ensuring that the targets are met on time

Assisting the customers in making decisions

Skilled in interacting with the customers

Knowledge of technical specifications of the vehicle

Proficiency in handling customers queries

Adept in calculating the road cost of vehicles

Basic knowledge of all promotional schemes offered by the dealers

Familiar with the documents required from the customer to complete the sale

Knowledge of financial and insurance services available to the customer

Basic knowledge of creating regular reports on sales performance

Knowledge of vehicles (models/variants) offered by the competitors

Basic knowledge of managing and analyzing customer database that is collected from various sources

Basic knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

Will be updated

Excellent communication skills

Presentable and outgoing Team player

Persuasive and persistent

It is not a desk job

Need to handle a team of sales executives

Local travelling is not a part of this job role

Part-time work and contractual jobs maybe available

Work from home option is not available

Working hours

Companies usually work for 5/6 days a week and 8/9 hours everyday. This may vary from company to company Overtime maybe involved
