Minimum work experience/internship of 0 - 2 years in technical support roles
The tasks an Associate Network Engineer is expected to perform include:
Solving all customer queries related to product design, development or services
Acting as a link between the customer and the product design teams
Diagnosing and resolving customer issues and fixing bugs
Creating documents for knowledge sharing
Providing data/information in standard formats
Delivering consistent and reliable service to customers
Efficiency in accessing, monitoring and validating automated alerts and customer service requests
Knowledge of types of requests or incidents and their solutions
Skilled in rectifying problems in accounts, networking, hardware, operating system, etc.
Knowledge of technologies relating to motherboards, RAID, remote troubleshooting tools, etc.
Skilled in IT service management tools
Knowledge of methods and techniques used to identify and evaluate workarounds or new solutions
Knowledge of policies and compliance requirements that apply to IT service requests and incidents
Knowledge of the latest technical developments
Courses and other training in infrastructure networks and standards
Good communication skills
Ability to take decisions
