Minimum Preferably 12th standard pass Certified training for Sales Associate (programme aligned to RAS / Q0104 released by Retailers Association?s Skill Council of India)

The tasks a Sales Associate is expected to perform include: Providing personalized sales & post sales service support Maximizing sales through exceptional customer service

Conducting demonstrations of the products to the customers Explaining product?s features and benefits in a simple, effective and logical sequence

Helping customers to choose the appropriate product that matches their requirements

Identifying the right opportunities to tell the customer about additional products and in a way that promotes sales and goodwill of the organization

Identifying and taking the most effective actions for converting promotional sales into regular future sales

Making recommendations to the client in a confident, polite and persuasive manner without pressurising them

Informing the customer about applicable warranty, replacement/repair and annual maintenance costs (if applicable)Assisting and helping the customer through the complete processes of sales Planning and organizing the delivery of the product purchased

Recording the client information accurately and storing it appropriately in the company?s system

Maintaining client?s information confidential

Creating and maintaining a rapport with the clients, both new and existing

Taking regular feedback regarding the product and customer services from the existing customers

Solving customer service problems

Knowledge of how to determine the credit worthiness of a customer

Knowledge of various relevant technique and tools of selling

Knowledge of approved procedures and techniques for protecting personal safety when security risks arise

Detailed knowledge of various techniques for speaking and behaving in a calm way when dealing with emergencies and accidents

Detailed knowledge of various emergency response techniques

Knowledge of how to behave during an emergency
