The tasks an Area Technical Lead is expected to perform include:

Managing all the technical problems related to the vehicle

Managing customer relationships and quality service

Generating investigation reports about all unknown technical difficulties

Maintaining an inventory of OEM technical equipment

Knowledge of taking feedback from customers about the performance of OEM products

Skilled in identifying market requirements for OEM products

Basic knowledge of the technical specifications of OEM products

Knowledge of developing effective strategies for service offerings

Basic knowledge of developing marketing campaigns for effective service delivery

Skilled in explaining the value proposition of the products to the sales team

Familiarity with developing sales tools that support the selling process

Knowledge of maintaining an inventory of OEM technical equipment

Knowledge of the technical specifications of various OEM vehicles

Basic knowledge of competitors? products

Knowledge of the documentation requirement from customers with respect to warranty claims and other performance - related feedback

Basic knowledge of the software for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the organization

Familiarity with MS Office and Management Information System (MIS)

On-the-job training for ASDC Area Technical Lead Level 6 certificate holders

Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
