The tasks an Technical Support Executive-Voice is expected to perform include:
Managing and resolving customer queries and issues over telephonic calls, web-chat or email
Knowledge about relevant standards, policies, procedures and guidelines that apply when dealing with basic IT service requests/incidents
Good knowledge about relevant product reference guides or support materials to help resolve problems
Well versed with the range of common problems and how to resolve them
Familiar with techniques used to test potential solutions remotely with customers
Certifications in Change Management, Communication Techniques
