The tasks a Showroom Hostess/Host is expected to perform include:

Co-ordinating the front office desk

Greeting customers appropriately

Handling customer queries and resolving them

Maintaining a complete database of the customers? contact information

Introducing customers to the Sales Officer

Providing basic information of vehicles available

Taking feedback from customers

Proficiency in Ms Office and Ms Excel

Ability to handle and resolve customer queries

Basic knowledge of the technical aspects of all vehicles at the dealership

Familiarity with the complete business cycle of sales

Skill to maintain the complete database of customer contacts and feedback

On-the-job training for:ASDC Showroom Hostess/Host certificate holder

Graduate degree/diploma in any discipline

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pleasing personality

Patient

Good listener

Customer-centric attitude

It is a desk job

Need not handle a team

Local travelling is not a part of this job role
