The tasks a Customer Relationship Manager is expected to perform include: Assisting in sales support and expansion Undertaking certain activities himself to ensure customer satisfaction

Formulating and applying policies to maximize sales figures

Supervising the sales team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

Efficient in enhancing customer experience at the dealership or showroom

Skilled in supervising and evaluating personnel performance

Familiarity with planning and organizing work to meet expected outcomes

Knowledge of techniques to effectively co-ordinate with colleagues

Knowledge of customer?s needs and wants to ensure total satisfaction

Knowledge of how to ensure repeat customers

Knowledge of how to maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment

On-the-job training is desirable for an ASDC certificate holder
