Proficiency in using the range of code generation tools and unit testing tools used to develop software codes
Ability to use coding tools, creating, reviewing and executing UTCs
Knowledge about how to determine whether components are suitable for re-use
Well versed with different types of problems and defects that may occur and how these may be resolved
Knowledge about testing and debugging new software code
Proficient with different sources of information to help write software code
Software Development Certifications in C++, Embedded, C#, C, Java etc.

Working hours
IT & ITES companies usually work for 5/6 days a week and 8/9 hours everyday. This may vary from company to company Multinational companies work for 5 days a week
