The tasks an Associate - Recruitment is expected to perform include:

Supporting recruitment activities such as candidate management, co-ordinating head-hunting activities, etc.

Carrying out specified rule-based transactions to support recruitment processes

Completing and posting recruitment requisition documentation

Screening resumes/applications and scheduling interviews

Coordinating logistics for interviews and creating offer letters

Coordinating pre-employment checks

Providing pre-on-boarding information to candidates

Completing employee identification documentation

Establishing the nature and extent of administrative support required for recruitment

Knowledge of relevant documentation to be completed at different stages of therecruitment process

Knowledge of the purpose/process of interviews

Knowledge of coordinating logistics for interviews and pre-employment checks

Knowledge of relevant pre-on-boarding information required by candidates

Abreast with current practice in recruitment processes

Master's Degree in Human Resources/General Management

Certifications/courses/trainings in sourcing techniques, recruitment and interviewing skills

Good communication skills

Good rapport building skills

Creative thinker

Result-oriented
