The tasks that a Concrete Mixer, Mosaic Tile is expected to perform include:

Making ready mix (mall) for making mosaic tiles

Mixing cement, marble chips and other colouring ingredients in water

Studying requirements of customers and evolving colour pattern scheme and shades

Measuring required quantity of cement, marble powder or chips and colouring powder

Placing the mixture in container

Adding prescribed quantity of water to mixture

Mixing it uniformly using hand trowel to make paste of required consistency

Placing ready mix (mall) near tile presser for making mosaic tiles

Checking whether mixture conforms to required colour and shade

Making sample tile and altering proportion of mixture to attain required colour combination

Operating tile pressing machine, if required

Competent in applying tiles or marble to ceilings and walls of buildings

Equipped to install decorative concrete mixture in floor at schools, offices, and hospitals

Competent in measuring and cutting marble according to specifications

Proficient in drilling holes into the corners of marble sheets

Competent in inserting fasteners into holes

Well-versed in creating plaster mixture and applying to wall

Competent in pressing marble onto plaster mixture

Proficient in squeezing special mix between slabs

Competent in smoothing and finishing the mixture

Ability to use caulking guns or putty knives
