The tasks an Associate Operations Engineer is expected to perform include:
Developing plans to meet project objectives and scope
Obtaining timely approval of plans
Assisting customers on all product/service related queries
Receiving calls and logging in complaints from customers
Providing technical and development support for products/solutions via email, chat, etc.
Co-ordinating the deployment of software products/applications
Establishing and reviewing project objectives/scope
Creating progress reports as defined in plans
Identifying any problems with project progress and taking appropriate corrective measures
Knowledge of query management tools, used to record and categorise queries
Familiar with relevant standards, policies, procedures and guidelines
Abreast with the latest practices in customer service
Skilled in establishing project objectives and scope
Efficient in identifying project requirements and resources
Efficient in creating progress reports as defined in plans
Proficient in identifying problems with project processes
Master's Degree in Science/Computers/Technology Training programs in customer orientation, dealing with difficult customers, etc.
Good communication skills
Good rapport building skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Result-oriented
