Minimum 1 year of work experience as an unskilled helper in lieu of minimum educational qualification

The tasks a Pneumatic Chipper is expected to perform include:

Operating pneumatic chipper to remove excess metal by scraping fixtures such as casting, girders, joints etc.

Examining metal objects and other structural assemblies

Marking areas to be removed, burring to give smooth finish after scraping

Connecting air nozzle of pneumatic chipper to high pressure air supply pipe

Fitting cutting tool to the chipper and starts it to chip off excess metal from joints, castings, etc.

Manipulating machine for quality and accuracy of work

Cleaning and oiling of the machine periodically

Detailed knowledge of all parts of the machinery

Technical knowledge about the working of machinery

Knowledge of all the functions that can be performed by the machinery

Equipped with the basic techniques of maintenance and repairs of the machinery
