The tasks a Retail Dealer is expected to perform include:

Purchasing goods in small quantities and running his/her own retail business by selling them to customers.

Purchasing goods at competitive rates from wholesale Dealers, Selling Agents, Stockiest etc

Ensuring neatness and cleanliness of premises and proper display and storage of goods.

Attending and showing goods to customers, weighing, measuring and packing goods

Preparing cash memos for goods sold and collecting money from the customers

Extending credit facilities to regular and reliable customers

Deciding selling prices of goods in the stock

Maintaining day-to-day accounts of transaction made.

Checking and maintaining stock and sales register on everyday basis

In depth knowledge of the products dealing in
