Minimum ? Preferably B.E./B. Tech in any discipline or Bachelor?s Degree/Diploma in Advertising/Marketing or Bachelors Degree in any discipline

Certified training for Key Account Service Manager (programme aligned to ASC/Q 0604 released by Automotive Skills Development Council)

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in service marketing

The tasks a Key Account Service Manager is expected to perform include:

Developing key accounts within a region

Driving business growth and achieving sales targets

Supervising the service support given to institutional customers

Managing customer relationships and quality service

Resolving customer queries, issues and complaints in a timely manner

Supervising all activities performed by subordinates

Basic knowledge of the measures and actions required to cut down the cost and speed up the service process

Skilled in analyzing market requirements

Familiarity with techniques to improve and check the preparedness for customer-centric activities, new model service preparedness, etc.

Knowledge of the technical specifications of various OEM vehicles

Familiarity with the documentation requirements from customers with respect to warranty claims and other performance-related feedback

Knowledge of the software or formats used to capture Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the organization

Proficiency in MS Office and Management Information System (MIS)

Knowledge of the technical resources needed for work, and how to obtain and use them

Skilled in explaining the value proposition of the products to the sales team

On-the-job training for ASDC Key Accounts Service Manager Level 6 certificate holders Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing/Advertising

Good co-ordination skills Independent worker Result-oriented Customer-oriented
