The tasks an Associate Clinical Data Management is expected to perform include:Organising and maintaining information related to medical research

Performing data coding of records Ensuring completeness, correctness and quality of the data generated during clinical trials, with high accuracy

Processing data for claims on behalf of both, payers and providers Setting up, configuring and updating employer accounts for outsourced health insurance schemes Verifying eligibility of applicants to enrol in health insurance schemes and the level of benefits they can avail Processing claims on behalf of health insurers Ensuring payment of health insurance claims on behalf of healthcare providers Verifying eligibility of claims against policy documents Analyzing explanation of benefits (Eo

B) documentation to determine amount to be claimed Responding to queries from patients, policyholders and health insurers in line with SLAs Monitoring payments from health insurers and taking action in case of delays in payment

Knowledge of methods/tools used to verify eligibility of applicants and the associated level of benefits Basic understanding of dictionaries used for coding and for standardisation

Familiar with procedures for obtaining signed contracts from healthcare providers Knowledge of different types of claims and how to deal with them
