6 yearsof minimum work experience as a General Plumber in lieu of minimum educational qualification

The tasks a Plumbing Supervisor is expected to perform include: Co-ordinating, supervising and scheduling the activities of plumbers and other staff members

Managing pre-installation activities

Managing the installation activities of pipes and sanitary fixtures

Conducting basic quality checks of installed fixtures

Conducting testing, commissioning and handover activities

Understanding of different types of materials, basic sanitary fittings and fixtures

Knowledge of the various techniques related to cutting, bending and joining of fittings and fixtures Knowledge of the various types of defects like leakages, improper alignment, etc.Working knowledge of relevant hand and power tools such as wrench, plier, screwdriver, power drill, pipe cutter, crimping tool, pipe bender, threading tool, etc.Knowledge of the material disposal procedure
