The tasks an Associate Learning is expected to perform include: Structuring the learning courseware for training Preparing training material according to the specifications, which may be digital, multimedia, web-based or printed
Creating content and documents for sharing, using software tools
Structuring the e-learning course material, to facilitate effective learning
Applying engaging and performance-enhancing learning techniques
Providing administrative support to learning processes
Knowledge of the purpose and scope of work to be carried out
Awarenessof the sources of information and reference materials for creating documents
Knowledge of different styles and templates used in documents
Skilled in different ways of structuring documents
Knowledge of selecting the best structure for the agreed content
Efficiencyin making corrections for editorial errors, factual inaccuracies, linguistic mistakes, formatting, etc.
Skilled in the use of tools such as Word, Visio, Power
Point, Excel, etc.
Proficiencyin English language
Proficiencyin content writing
Certification in instructional design
Certification in English language

Growth of IT Sector in India
According to ?Human Resource and Skill Requirements in the IT and ITES Industry Sector (2022)report, the IT service spending is expected to increase to US $ 1.5 to 1.7 trillion till 2022. Out of this the global market research and analytics segment is expected to worth US $ 60 billion with an outsource component of US $ 25 to 30 billion.
