The tasks a Communication Analyst is expected to perform include:Developing communication materials supporting product development, program delivery and client services
Facilitating communications strategy like designing, planning, etc.Executing the work through gathering and analysing the data
Creating and maintaining efficient and iterative processes
Assisting in developing cross functional process maps Driving changes in processes/systems to streamline workflow and increase efficiency
Co-ordinating various ad hoc projects like creating presentations, creating process manuals, etc.Developing and managing data collection strategies
Establishing quality controls to ensure data integrity
Performing routine data analysis and presenting meaningful insights and findings
Analysing customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy
Designing and developing written or visual product-related information Developing standards documents and templates, scripts, style sheets and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel
Knowledge of existing product family or new product within the technology
Skilled in designing, developing and maintaining complex technical information for multiple audiences
Skilled in participating in multiple projects concurrently
Equipped in leading a project team in the design, development and delivery of information products
Knowledge of managing outsource vendors for development of deliverables
Proficiency in English language
Familiar with concepts like SDLC, ERP packages, etc.
Certifications in change management, communication techniques, etc.
