Most of them are employed by security and investigation service companies, retail establishments, hotels and recreational establishments, businesses etc. Responsibilities include gathering, compiling and reporting information to clients, guarding and monitoring premises to prevent theft and violence, monitoring recreational areas to maintain order and provide assistance etc.
