Minimum 10th pass

Minimum experience of 1 year as a Production Supervisor

The tasks a Supervisor and Foreman, Tobacco Product Making is expected to perform include:

Supervising and guiding workers engaged in making snuff, zarda, kimam and other tobacco products

Ensuring quality of products manufactured

Guiding workers in cutting tobacco leaves, drying, roasting, grinding, dyeing, pounding and other operations

Arranging for materials and ensuring proper utilization of men and equipment

Training new entrants and maintaining prescribed records and registers

Working knowledge of production of tobacco products

Skilled in strategic planning

Knowledge of tracking budget expenses

Familiar with management processes

Familiar with quality control processes
