Minimum- Graduation/Post graduation in telecom management or its equivalent

The tasks a Manager Communication is expected to perform include:
Organising, co-ordinating and supervising efficient utilisation of resources in a public or private organisation
Overseeing within delegated authority the activities of departments/branches engaged in postal, telephone, telegraph, wireless and other communication services
In-depth knowledge of the operations within a telecom setup
Understanding of effectively supervising, leading, and delegating tasks and authority Knowledge of translating and applying advanced technical documentation and principles
Expertise in improving telecommunications reliability, throughput, and productivity Knowledge of analysing and resolving communications and cabling problems
Knowledge of planning and coordinating the installation of new systems
Knowledge of maintaining an established work schedule and providing on-call assistance, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Overseeing the operations and activities of a telecommunications and networking infrastructure
In-depth knowledge of all departments and sub functions of the telecom industry
