On-the-job training for six months
Certified training for Diamond Bagger and Flueter (programme aligned to G&J/Q 2505 released by the Gem & Jewellery Skills Council of India)
Prior experience in the role is preferred.Freshers will be provided with training
The tasks a Diamond Bagger and Flueter is expected to perform include:
Counting diamonds and gemstones and putting them into a bag as per the product requirement for any given jewellery design
Understanding the basics of types of diamonds and gemstones
Knowledge of the methods of calculating the required quantity of diamonds and gemstones
Ability to calculate and weigh the correct quantities of diamonds and gemstones required
Understanding of the requirement of diamonds and gemstones as per the design
Dexterity of the hands
Good eyesight
Patience
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Team spirit
Multi-tasking ability
Decision-making skills
Attention to detail
It is a desk job
Need not handle a team
Travelling is not required

Working hours
