The tasks a Pruner, Tea Gardens is expected to perform include:Operating shredding and chipping equipment

Pruning branches of tea plants

Preparing land for planting tea plants

Spraying insecticides

Cutting and disposing dead and excess branches

Performing low skilled manufacturing tasks in the factory during harvest season

Skilled in working with hand and automated tools used for pruning

Efficient in cleaning, sharpening and lubricating tools and equipment

Proficient in collecting debris and refuse from trimming and removal operations and placing them into piles

Proficient in using shovels, rakes, etc.Adept at supervising others who are engaged in pruning work and training lower-level employees

Efficient in assisting with basic manufacturing tasks in the factory

Knowledge of the latest development and technology in the field

Proficient in basic arithmetic
