Minimum BFA with Bharathanatya or Bachelor?s degree in any discipline with full Maargam in Bharathanatya

Preferably minimum 1-2 years of experience

The tasks a Nattuvan is expected to perform include: Teaching, planning and conducting Bharathanatya performances

Studying musical compositions for a dance performance

Conducting vocal music and/or orchestra for a Dancer

Detailed knowledge of Indian classical music

In-depth knowledge of Bharathanatya Detailed knowledge of various classical music compositions Knowledge of how to conduct an orchestra

Previous relevant work experience

Creative bent of mind


Ability to teach

Ability to emote while dancing

It is not a desk job

May need to handle a team of dancers

Local travelling is a part of this job role
