Business Operations Specialists manage the work flow and optimize daily operations of an organization. This includes analyzing business processes and customer needs to bring them in sync with each other and hence the role is integral to both customer satisfaction as well as the success of the organization.
Depending on their specific field of operations, business operation specialists may represent artists and athletes and handle contract negotiations, buy and purchase farm products, merchandise and commodities, machinery equipment, tools etc for wholesale, retail or resale use, review, appraise and investigate claims, testing compliance with laws and government regulations for licenses and permits, preparing cost estimates, recruit and hire personnel and resolve disputes between workers and managers, perform logistical and project management duties, conduct operational analysis and market research, co-ordinate activities such as meeting, events and fundraisers, etc.
