The tasks an
Order Supplier is expected to perform include:Booking orders by going from door to door or on shop counter through the telephone or other system
Arranging supply of required goods at a stipulated time and place
Chalking out programme/schedule of visits
Interviewing prospective buyers, explaining features of goods and showing samples if available
Quoting prices and business terms, preparing order forms and booking orders
Forwarding orders to the head office for supplyand arranging delivery of ordered goods to customers according to the contract
Collecting payment on behalf of the producer or supplier
Knowledge of goods to be supplied to which customers
Working knowledge of demonstrating the product to the prospective buyers
Knowledge of the prices and business terms related to the supply
