Job Family:
Supervisors of Farming, Fishing, and Forestry Workers directly coordinate and supervise the activities of workers involved in agriculture, forestry, aquaculture etc. Responsibilities include assigning work schedules, managing budgets and preparing reports, in addition to observing and evaluating the performance of their workers, addressing any concerns and providing motivation when required. They may also be required to perform field work, providing training, checking weather conditions and health of the crops, and identify potential problems etc.
