The construction and related workers pathway includes a wide range of professionals directly involved in the construction or maintenance of structures such as buildings, highways, railway tracks, tanks, sewar pipes etc. They assemble, erect, install, clean, repair, or maintain hydraulic or electric passenger or freight escalators, elevators, or dumbwaiters, fences and fence gates, track for standard or narrow-gauge railroad, septic tanks, sewer lines, or drains, highways, airport runways, municipal and rural roads, and rights-of-way, and identify and remove hazardous materials such as contaminated soil, waste oil, lead-based paint etc.
