Military Officer Special and Tactical Operations Leaders work in the service of their country to defend its people and support international peacekeeping and humanitarian efforts across the globe. They may plan, direct and perform in-flight duties for successful completion of transport, combat, search and rescue missions, and reconnaissance, operations of arresting gear, cattapults and associated hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems involved in aircraft carrier landing and takeoff, operation of light armours, tanks, and amphibious assault vehicle units in situations of combat, manage weapons and personnel operations to destroy enemies, and operations of detection, communication, and weapons system essentials, train lead and direct infantry units, and lead elite teams for unconventional operations by land, air or sea during war or peacetime.
