Life, physical and social science technicians includes technicians in the fields of agriculture, forestry and environmental science, geology, biology and chemistry, forensic science and social sciences among others. They assist scientists in their respective fields by setting up and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing laboratory and field tests, collect data and samples, make observations, and monitor tests and experiments.
