JEE Mains

The Joint Entrance Examination (Main), conducted by CBSE, is a mandatory requirement for aspirants of undergraduate engineering courses in a number of colleges across India. These institutes include the Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) situated all over India.
JEE Paper 1 is conducted for B.E./B.Tech aspirants and can be taken both as a paper and computer based test, while Paper 2, for admission to B.Arch and B.Planning is a paper test only.
JEE Main also serves as the eligibility criteria for the JEE Advanced examination.
