Accounting and Finance degrees are an idela choice for students with strong quantitative skills, and an interest in business

There are multiple programs that students interested in accounting can opt for at the undergraduate level. These include the Bachelor of Accountancy (the only recognized undergraduate degree in this field in the US), Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Arts(BA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Science(BSc) in Accounting (also called BS/ACC). It can also be taken in a joint degree form with business management, finance or economics, or along with a general business degree such as the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting. Another option is the Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting. Specialized professional degrees include Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Finance degrees at the undergraduate level are usually three or four years long, and are offered alongside subjects such as management, economics and accounting. At the postgraduate level students mat opt for a Masters in Finance.
