A minimum of 6 months of work experience/internship in diamond processing units

The task a Table Cutter is expected to perform include: Cut the first, biggest and the most important facet of a diamond

Dexterity of the hands

Good eyesight

Basic knowledge of diamond polishing procedure

Basic knowledge of physical characteristics of a diamond

Basic understanding of the machinery involved and its repair work

Good understanding of proportions/symmetry

Visualisation capabilities

Patient

Ability to work independently

Good Communication skills

Multi-tasking ability

It is a bench job

Need not handle a team

Travelling is not required

Working hours

Most companies usually work for 6 days a week and 8 hours every day. This may vary from company to company
