Minimum 6 months of work experience/internship in handmade gold and gems-set jewellery manufacturing units

The task a Setter is expected to perform include: Set gemstones in the collets provided for in the jewellery frame

Dexterity of hands

Good eyesight

Ability to match design picture to actual piece

Attention to detail Ability to work long hours with sharp tools/abrasives

Patience

Ability to work independently

Good communication skills

Team spirit

Multi-tasking ability

Decision-making skills

It is a bench work job. Contractual work is also available

Work from home option is not available

Part-time work is available

Travelling is not required Works independently

Working hours

Most companies usually work for 6 days a week and 8 hours every day. This may vary from company to company.
