The tasks a goldsmith Enameller is expected to perform include:

Painting vibrant patterns on the finished jewellery frame as per design

Dexterity of the hands

Good eyesight

Ability to match the design picture to the actual piece

Knowledge of preparing the gold jewellery surface for enamel paint application

Knowledge of using gas torches and chemicals

Ability to detect the various types of product defects

Spot difficulties with respect to practicality of design

Knowledge of reducing gold loss and rework

Patience

Ability to work independently

Good communication skills

Team spirit

Multi-tasking ability

Decision-making skills

Creative thinking

It is a bench job

Need not handle a team

Travelling is not required
