Certified training for Inclusion Plotter (programme aligned to G&J/Q4202released by Gem & Jewellery Skills Council of India)

Minimum 6 months of work experience/on-the-job training

The task an Inclusion Plotter is expected to perform include: Plotting different types of inclusions in a rough diamond

Dexterity of the hands

Good eyesight

Basic knowledge of diamond cutting/polishing procedure

Basic knowledge of physical characteristics of a diamond

Basic understanding of the machinery involved and its repair work

Ability to adapt to new technology

Good understanding of proportions/symmetry

Visualisation capabilities

Multi-tasking ability

It is a bench job

Working hours
