The tasks a Jewellery Polisher is expected to perform include:

Providing shine and lustre to the jewellery

Knowledge of cloth buffs and synthetic wire brushes

Knowledge of cutting compounds and polishing compounds for rough polish and fine polish respectively

Knowledge of correct pressure while finishing/polishing

Metal working or finishing skills

Experience with sandblasting machines and techniques

Knowledge of polishing equipment and tools

Patience

Ability to work independently

Good communication skills

Team spirit

Multi-tasking ability

Decision-making skills

Attention to detail

It is a desk job

Need not handle a team

Travelling is not required

Part-time work and contractual work is available

Working hours
