Certified training for Factory Compliance Auditor (programme aligned to AMH/Q 2201 released by Apparel Made ? Ups Home Furnishing)

Minimum - 1-2 years of work experience in compliance/auditing preferably

The tasks a Factory Compliance Auditor is expected to perform include:

Conducting regular audits in the apparel factory to check if the unit is functioning in accordance to the industry regulations, standards and policies

Preparing a detailed report of the audit findings with remarks on system adequacy, system conformance or deviation, if any

Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards

Checking compliance with product protocol

Judging the overall system performance

Evaluating all the information to determine compliance with the set standards

Preparing the audit report

Knowledge of apparel factory environment, processes and systems

Knowledge of labour laws related to the industry functioning and processes

Skilled in assessing all the the information gathered during the audit and making a report on the same

Skilled in observing, receiving and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources for the report making

Ability to use and maintain personal protective equipment where required during inspection

Ability to deal with organisational compliance, customer compliance and compliance with all national and international laws and regulations

Proficient in planning and managing all the work routine based on company procedures

Training in Quality Systems (Six Sigma, TQM)/Audit Training

Good analytical skills

Good communication skills

Hardworking

Attention to detail

Honest
