Preferably 3 years? of experience in the Apparel Industry

The tasks a Measurement Checker is expected to perform include: Inspecting accuracy of dimensions of the stitched parts and finished apparel

Measuring all the dimensions of the apparel

Ensuring defect free apparel

Ensuring quality of operations and products

Working knowledge of how to use a measuring tape

Knowledge of the metric system

Knowledge of fabric grain line and its significance

Knowledge of visual inspection procedures

Knowledge of how to measure various garments

Knowledge of specification and size chart

Knowledge of basic math skill

Knowledge of fabric testing methods

Good eyesight

An eye for detail

Good vision

Observational skills

Attention to detail

Patience
