Vial Washing Machine Operator

The tasks a Ampoule Machine Plant Operator is expected to perform include:

Setting and operating washing machine to wash ampoules, vials, etc. to free them from bacteria

Washing vials and ampoules with soap, water and brush

Cleaning vials and ampoules with water

Filling glass carboil with distilled water and connecting it with the washing machine by a rubber tube

Starting the air compressor and adjusting levers to maintain required pressure

Releasing the valve, washing and cleaning vials and ampoules with distilled water

Removing cleaned vials into trays

Knowledge of placing ampoules on spokes of rotary table of washing machine

Competent in the procedure of washing vials and ampoules

Proficiency in removing washed ampoules and placing them in holes of perforated tray

Well-versed with discarding chipped or cracked ampoules
