Accident Investigator Officer

The tasks an Accident Officer, Tram is expected to perform include:

Conducting inquiries of tram accidents and submitting detailed report for further action

Visiting site of accident to assess any loss of human life and or damage to property

Identifying marks of dead persons and contacting injured people to provide them medical aid

Informing nearest kith and kin of persons involved in accident

Attending court proceeding for clam and assisting police for investigation

Proficient in noting names of passengers and other persons present at place of accident and record their statements

Adept at examining tram-line and other accessories to determine causes of accident such as sabotage, negligence of operation staff, etc.

Well-versed in submitting detailed report to superiors

Proficient in investigating into complaints of passengers or other untoward incidents leading to accident

Knowledge of attending court proceedings for claims made, if any

Knowledge of assisting police in investigation of causes of accident or assessment of damage or in launching criminal cases against saboteurs, hooligans, etc.

Working hours are 9/10 hours every day for 5/6 days a week
